Notes

Partial Vaccinations - 1st dose of the BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca vaccines and the single dose of the J&J vaccine.
Full Vaccinations - 2nd dose of the BioNTech/Pfizer, Moderna, and AstraZeneca vaccines and the single dose of the J&J vaccine.
Booster Vaccinations - an extra dose of an mRNA Vaccine (BioNTech/Pfizer or Moderna) for those considered at high risk.

% Vaccinated given above are based on the Total Population (as of 30.06.2021), as reported by the Federal Statistical Office of Germany. See here for more details.

* The data reported by the RKI is taken from the digital reporting system (DIM), which is entered manually by authorised medical personnel in hospitals, vaccination centers, medical practices, companies or by mobile vaccination teams. This data gives us the minimum vaccination rate. Not all vaccinations are recorded by the DIM, such as people vaccinated abroad, people who have since moved away from Germany, or data entered incorrectly into the DIM system.
The RKI carries out a monthly survey, COVIMO, to monitor the vaccination rates reported in the population. Analysing the results of these surveys has led the RKI to the conclusion that the actual vaccination rate in Germany is up to 5% higher than reported through the DIM alone.
